The U.S. Navy and Marine Corps face increasingly complex challenges across all domains: sea, land, air, space, and cyber. The DTA equips entrepreneurs with the tools, networks, and strategies to bring cutting-edge solutions to the warfighter faster.

By supporting innovation in critical areas like unmanned surface vehicle enablers, multi-domain targeting, electromagnetic spectrum monitoring, decision advantage, and expeditionary mine countermeasures, we are shaping the future of national defense.
