Program Overview
The Defense Technology Accelerator (DTA) is an 11-week hybrid program designed to help emerging technology companies transition into the DoD ecosystem. Hosted by 757 Collab in partnership with NavalX’s Mid-Atlantic Tech Bridge, DTA connects dual-use early stage companies with DoD stakeholders, industry leaders, and venture capital to accelerate their path towards acquisition and commercialization.

The U.S. Navy and Marine Corps face increasingly complex challenges across all domains: sea, land, air, space, and cyber. The DTA equips entrepreneurs with the tools, networks, and strategies to bring cutting-edge solutions to the warfighter faster.
By supporting innovation in critical areas like unmanned surface vehicle enablers, multi-domain targeting, electromagnetic spectrum monitoring, decision advantage, and expeditionary mine countermeasures, we are shaping the future of national defense.

Direct Access to DoD Experts – Work with government mentors and SMEs from across the Navy, Marine Corps, and DoD.
Tailored Programming – From acquisition strategy to customer discovery, learn what it takes to succeed in defense markets.
Strategic Connections – Build relationships with primes, investors, and defense stakeholders.
Demo Week– Pitch your solutions to a curated audience of DoD leaders, primes, and VCs.

The DTA focuses on technologies aligned to the Navy and Marine Corps’ critical needs, including:
